Training and Events
Training is on Monday & Wednesday nights at 6.50pm from Kirkstall Leisure Centre and all standards of runners are welcome to join us.

Training runs on Mondays and Wednesday are usually between 6-7 miles. We try to cater for not so experienced runners with lesser distances but we do ask that new members can run at least 3 miles at a slow pace.
New Training on Thursdays
If 2 nights a week isn't enough for any hard core runners out there; one of our running club members has started a Hill Running Club on Thursday nights.
It starts at 6.30 pm every Thursday from the Leisure Centre with a warm up round the abbey, then numerous reps up and down nearby hills! (as many as you can stand!!!).
